SHIPPING POLICY
All items that are made and shipped will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. If there is a delay in processing, you will be notified as soon as possible. Please note that each item is carefully made by hand and it is not necessarily a quick process. Default shipping is via USPS. If you would like quicker shipping, there will be options at checkout. Digital copies are available for purchase and DIY at home for faster access. Digital downloads are immediately available. We appreciate your patience.
Satisfaction Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out and let us know. If the item you receive is defective, please let us know. We truly want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to make that happen.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is in effect for 14 days after you receive your purchase. If you are unhappy with a digital download, please reach out to us for a store credit. If you are unhappy with a physical product that was shipped to you due to the product being defective, please reach out to us for either a store credit, a replacement, or a refund. If you are simply unhappy with a physical product that was shipped to you and the product is as described online, you will receive a refund if you ship the product back to us in new condition and pay for the return shipping.
